RAD PC's LLC LIMITED WARRANTY

This Limited Warranty is provided by RAD PC's LLC ("RAD PC's") and applies to the original purchaser ("Customer") of the RAD PC's prebuilt computer ("Product").
1. WARRANTY COVERAGE
RAD PC's warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of retail purchase by the Customer. During the warranty period, RAD PC's will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
2. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to, damage resulting from unauthorized modification, misuse, accidents, or neglect, and problems caused by software, viruses, or data loss.
3. RETURN AND CLAIM PROCEDURE
To obtain warranty service, the Customer must first contact RAD PC's to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for the Customer. Products must be returned to RAD PC's in their original or equivalent packaging. The Customer is responsible for shipping charges and for any risk of loss or damage during transit to RAD PC's.
4. TRANSFERABILITY
This Limited Warranty is not transferable and covers only the original end-user purchaser.
5. EXTENDED WARRANTIES OR SERVICE PLANS
RAD PC's offers extended warranties and service plans for an additional cost. Please contact RAD PC's for more information.
6. LEGAL RIGHTS
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
